Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of AppRejectKit (the “kit”), sold at apprejectkit.com by Sachs Consulting Sàrl (“we”, “us”), Geneva, Switzerland. By buying or using the kit you accept these terms.
1. What the kit is
AppRejectKit is a digital information product: a private, searchable documentation set (fiches, checklists, reply templates and AI prompts) that helps you prepare, submit and fix an Apple App Store submission. It is delivered online as gated content plus downloadable files. It is not software installed on Apple’s systems and does not connect to App Store Connect.
2. Licence and access
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kit for your own projects, including projects you build for clients. It includes lifetime access to the kit and to updates we publish, for as long as the product is offered.
You receive a licence key after checkout (shown on screen and emailed). Keep it private. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the kit’s content or files, in whole or in part.
3. Price and payment
The kit is a one-time payment of $49 USD (no subscription). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because the kit is digital content delivered with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you hit a technical issue, receive the wrong product, are charged incorrectly, or believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us within 7 days and we review requests on a case-by-case basis. See the Refund Policy for details. Where a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal applies, nothing here limits it.
5. No approval guarantee
Apple alone decides whether an app is approved. The kit helps you avoid common, avoidable mistakes and understand and respond to a rejection faster — but we do not and cannot guarantee that your app will be approved. Guidance is dated because Apple changes its rules; verify against Apple’s official documentation before acting.
6. Not professional advice
The kit is provided for information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice. Apps involving health, finance, children or gambling can carry specific legal obligations — consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
The kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or the outcome of any App Store review arising from your use of the kit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your country of residence provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
