Your app asks users to rate it on first launch or during onboarding — rejected under 5.6.3

Apple rejected your app because it shows a 'rate this app' prompt on first launch or during onboarding — before the user has actually used the app and formed an opinion — which Apple treats as soliciting ratings the wrong way under 5.6.3.

Apple said something like

The app requests users to rate the app on first launch or during onboarding, before they've had enough time to gain a clear understanding of the app's value. Apps should only ask for a rating after the user has sufficiently engaged with the app.
We noticed your app includes a custom prompt asking users to rate or review the app. Apps should use the provided API to request ratings and reviews, and should only do so after the user has engaged with the app.
Your app repeatedly prompts users to rate the app. Please revise your app to request a rating only after the user has had a meaningful experience, and not on every launch.
