Apple says your app tracks users (or your privacy labels declare tracking) but you never show the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt.
Apple said something like
Your app uses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) but does not use App Tracking Transparency to request the user's permission before collecting data used to track the user.
Your App Privacy information indicates you collect data used to track the user, but the app does not include the AppTrackingTransparency framework to request the user's permission.
