Apple said something like
Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage. We were unable to locate a privacy policy in the app's metadata and/or within the app.
The app's binary is missing the following required information: A functional link to the privacy policy.
The privacy policy link provided in App Store Connect does not resolve to a functional privacy policy.
The app collects user data but the privacy policy does not identify the types of data collected, how it is used, or the third parties with whom it is shared.
