Your app lets users create an account but not delete it (account deletion missing)
Your app can create an account, but Apple couldn't find a way for a user to permanently delete that account from inside the app.
Apple said something like
Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Data Collection and Storage. The app supports account creation but does not appear to include an option to initiate account deletion within the app.
We were unable to locate a mechanism to delete the user's account from within the app.
Your app offers an option to deactivate or temporarily disable the account, but users must be able to fully delete their account, including personal data.
Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Your app uses Sign in with Apple but does not appear to call the Sign in with Apple REST API to revoke the user's tokens when the account is deleted. Tokens must be revoked so the credential is fully invalidated.
