Apple says your app matches apps from a terminated developer account (4.3(a))
Apple rejects you under 4.3(a) saying your app resembles apps from a TERMINATED developer account — often on an update to an app that was already approved and live — and never tells you which app, account, or file matched.
Apple said something like
Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. We noticed your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps previously submitted by a terminated Apple Developer Program account. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps.
Your app was found to be similar to another app previously uploaded on a different Apple Developer account.
Transferring your apps to another Apple Developer Program account or creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts.
