Apple says your app is just a repackaged website (WebView / wrapper)
Apple rejected your app as too close to a mobile website — a WebView wrapper or a repackaged web experience without enough native functionality.
Apple said something like
We found that the usefulness of your app is limited by the minimal amount of content or features it includes.
We noticed that your app only includes links, images, or content aggregated from the Internet with limited or no native iOS functionality. We understand that this content may be curated from the web specifically for your users, but since it does not sufficiently differ from a mobile web browsing experience, it is not appropriate for the App Store.
Your app provides a limited user experience as it is not sufficiently different from a mobile browsing experience. As such, the experience it provides is similar to the general experience of using Safari. Including iOS features such as push notifications, Core Location, and sharing do not provide a robust enough experience to be appropriate for the App Store.
To resolve this issue, please revise your app to provide a more robust user experience by including additional native iOS functionality. If you cannot - or choose not to - revise your app to be in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines, you may wish to build an HTML5 web app instead.
