Apple rejected your cryptocurrency app under 3.1.5 — because of your developer account type (wallet), missing licensing/geo evidence (exchange or fiat on/off-ramp), on-device mining, or an ICO/securities feature.
Apple said something like
Guideline 3.1.5(b) - Business - Payments - Cryptocurrencies. Apps facilitating cryptocurrency exchanges or transmission may only be offered by the exchange itself, or by developers enrolled as an organization. Please enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an organization.
Your app facilitates cryptocurrency transactions. Please provide documentation that you possess the appropriate licensing to provide this service in each of the regions where the app is available, or a legal opinion establishing that no license is required.
