Fix Library · 3.1.1 In-App Purchase / 3.1.3(c) Enterprise Services
B2B SaaS app rejected under 3.1.1 + 3.1.3(c) — your enterprise service is also sold to individuals
Apple says your app offers enterprise services sold to organizations, but the same services are also sold to single users, consumers, or families without In-App Purchase — even though your iOS app has no paywall, no pricing screen and no checkout at all.
Apple said something like
Guidelines 3.1.1 - In-App Purchase and 3.1.3(c) - Enterprise Services. We noticed in our review that the app offers enterprise services that are sold directly to organizations or groups of employees or students. However, these same services are also available to be sold to single users, consumers, or for family use without using In-App Purchase. When an organization or group buys access to the app's enterprise services, you don't need to use In-App Purchase. But when providing access to an individual user, consumer, or for family use, you should use In-App Purchase. Here are two ways to resolve this issue: You can revise the app to only provide your services directly to organizations and groups of employees and students. Otherwise, you can revise the app to give App Store customers the option to purchase these services with In-App Purchases.
Guideline 3.1.1 - Business - Payments - In-App Purchase. Your app accesses digital content purchased outside the app, and that content is not available through in-app purchase.
Guideline 3.1.1 - Your app allows access to services that are being sold on your website and are available for both multiple users as well as for individual users.
