Your app needs a way to restore previously purchased in-app products

Apple rejected your app because it sells subscriptions or non-consumables but has no visible 'Restore Purchases' button — even though your app silently restores entitlements in the background, the reviewer couldn't find an explicit way to do it.

Apple said something like

We were unable to locate a way to restore previously purchased in-app products in your app.
Your app includes auto-renewable subscriptions or non-consumable in-app purchases but does not appear to include a mechanism to restore them. Users must be able to restore previously purchased products.
Your app offers in-app purchases that can be restored but does not include a 'Restore Purchases' feature to allow users to restore the previously purchased in-app purchase products.
Specifically, we were unable to restore the previously purchased non-consumable in-app purchase or subscription on a new device or after a reinstall.
