In-app purchase products have not been submitted for review
Your app got approved (or is stuck) but your in-app purchases sit in 'Waiting for Review' / 'Developer Action Needed' and never get reviewed, so the paywall is empty in production.
Apple said something like
We have returned your in-app purchase products to you as the required binary was not submitted. When you are ready to submit the binary, please resubmit the in-app purchase products with the binary.
Your first in-app purchase must be submitted with a new app version. Create your in-app purchase, then select it from the app's in-app purchase section.
Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app's In-App Purchase and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review.
We have begun the review of your in-app purchases but aren't able to continue because the required binary was not submitted. Please upload a new binary for review and resubmit your in-app purchases with the binary so that we can continue the review.
