Apple rejected you because your app sells digital content/features through a website, Stripe, or an external link instead of Apple's In-App Purchase. What you're allowed to do depends on which storefront you ship to — the US and the EU each have their own carve-out.

Apple said something like

Your app unlocks features or functionality with mechanisms other than the App Store, such as in-app purchase.
We found that your app or its metadata enables the purchase of content, services, or functionality by means other than the in-app purchase API, which is not appropriate for the App Store.
The app includes a link to an external website to purchase a subscription or unlock content, which does not comply with Guideline 3.1.1.
Apps may not use their own mechanisms to unlock content or functionality.
