Apple rejected your app for a private API or the removed UIWebView
Apple flagged your app for using a non-public (private) API, or for still containing the removed UIWebView class — usually dragged in by an old third-party dependency you didn't write.
Apple said something like
Guideline 2.5.1 - Performance - Software Requirements. Your app uses or references the following non-public API(s): [symbol names]. The use of non-public APIs is not permitted on the App Store because it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change.

Your app still contains the UIWebView class, which has been removed. Please update to WKWebView and submit a new build.
The app references symbols that are part of a private framework and cannot be used in App Store submissions.
