In-app purchases not visible or not working during review
The reviewer opens your paywall and sees no prices, an empty screen, a spinner, or a Continue button that does nothing — so they reject under 2.1.
Apple said something like
Specifically, the app displayed no pricing on the Subscription page, while the Continue button produced no purchase flow / was unresponsive.
We are not able to continue because we cannot locate the in-app purchases within your app at this time.
We have returned your in-app purchase products to you as the required binary was not submitted. When you are ready to submit the binary, please resubmit the in-app purchase products with the binary.
Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app's In-App Purchase and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review.
